When the police walked in, everything changed.

The officers didn’t rush. They didn’t shout.

They simply observed.

“Sir, we’re going to need you to step away.”

Julian froze. “Do you know who I am?”

One officer met his gaze, unimpressed.

“Yes,” he replied calmly. “You’re the man we’ve been called about.”

That was the moment it hit him.

His name… his money… his family—

None of it mattered here.

As they pulled his hands behind his back, the soft click of handcuffs echoed louder than any scream.

Across the table, his mother finally stood up.

“This is a misunderstanding,” she insisted sharply. “Our family will handle this privately.”

But the officer didn’t even look at her.
