The room froze.
Victoria snapped, “Stop them!”

No one moved.

Moments later, the grand doors burst open.
Agents in dark suits stepped inside with quiet authority.
“Victoria Sterling,” one of them announced, “you are under investigation for financial crimes, including international fraud, money laundering, and illegal shipping operations.”
Gasps rippled through the crowd.
