It held copies of contracts, internal messages, access logs, and a video Olivia had recorded three days earlier.
Police investigators viewed the files first.

Evan and Claire were allowed to see only the material Olivia had specifically authorized for them.
The video showed Olivia sitting in her office.
She looked tired but determined.
"If you are watching this," she began, "then somebody decided the audit was more dangerous than the truth."
Evan felt Claire's hand tighten around the edge of the table.
Olivia explained that she had discovered a chain of inflated vendor agreements connected to Rebecca Hale's consulting company.
Victor approved payments.
Rebecca's company redirected portions through additional firms.
The records suggested a deliberate financial scheme, but Olivia was careful with her language.
She said the board deserved an independent investigation.
Then she mentioned Marcus.
"Dr. Hale made a charting mistake involving another patient."
Marcus lowered his head.
"Victor learned about it and used it to pressure him."
Rebecca looked away.
Olivia continued.
"Marcus did not create the scheme, but fear made him easier to control."
Evan remembered Marcus hiding the correction.
A secret did not need to make someone guilty to make them vulnerable.
Then Olivia explained the red-jacket warning.
Rebecca had confronted her at the gala in a bright red jacket.
She demanded the audit be delayed.
Olivia refused.
Later, a drink appeared in Olivia's room with a message claiming Evan had sent it.
Olivia became suspicious.
She called Claire because Claire was still at the gala and could move through the building without attracting attention.
Claire arrived, found the glass, and reached for it just before Evan entered.
The final missing piece fell into place.
Evan had not witnessed an attack.
He had interrupted Claire trying to remove something Olivia had already warned her about.
The entire room went quiet.
Evan looked at Claire.
"You were telling the truth from the first second."
Claire did not answer.
He continued.
"And I made you prove your innocence after I had already decided you were guilty."
Claire finally looked at him.
"Yes."
There was no dramatic forgiveness.
No embrace.
No easy repair.
That honesty made the moment stronger.
Across the hall, officers escorted Rebecca and Victor toward separate elevators.
Rebecca glanced through the conference-room window and saw Claire watching.
She stopped.
"You think you won because of one camera?"
Claire stepped closer to the glass.
"No."
Her voice was calm.
"You lost because too many people kept one piece of the truth."
Rebecca looked toward Evan.
"He did not trust you."
Claire did not look away.
"That is between him and me."
Rebecca smiled cruelly.
"Some things do not go back to normal."
Claire answered immediately.
"They should not."
The elevator doors closed.
Evan stood beside Claire without touching her.
Noah entered with one final update.
The hospital server team had recovered the deleted fourteen minutes from a backup cache.
Evan stared at him.
"All of it?"
Noah nodded.
"Every second."
Claire looked toward Olivia's room.
The investigators copied the drive before opening any file and documented every person present.
Olivia insisted on that step even from her hospital bed.
She had spent weeks learning that evidence was only useful when people could prove where it came from and who had handled it.
