Chapter 3 - The Interrogation
The anger vanished, replaced by a desperate, frantic need for answers. Eleanor led the trembling girl—who cautiously introduced herself as Lily—into the opulent parlor. Eleanor ordered her staff to bring warm food and tea.
"Where did you get that picture, Lily?" Eleanor asked, forcing her tone to be remarkably gentle.

Between bites of a sandwich, Lily explained her life on the streets. She had run away from a terrible foster home. The wallet was the only thing her older sister had left her before vanishing three years ago. Her sister's name was Sarah.
Eleanor's mind raced. Sarah wasn't the name of her lost sister, Maya. Yet, the photo was undeniable.
